Launch 3D BuilderPay in full or choose Rent-to-Own with no credit check. RTO requires only the first month's payment upfront. Most customers are approved same day. We'll confirm your order and schedule your installation date.
View Financing OptionsThe installation area should be reasonably level and accessible. For ground installation: clear the area of vegetation and debris. For concrete slab: must be poured and cured before we arrive. We'll review any site-specific requirements with you before scheduling. If you're unsure, call us — we're happy to advise.
Our certified installation crew arrives on the scheduled date with all materials. We handle everything — framing, panels, doors, anchoring, and cleanup. Most residential buildings are complete in a single day. Larger commercial builds may take 1-2 days. You don't need to be home during installation, but we recommend being available for a walk-through when we're done.
Your building is ready to use immediately after installation. We'll walk you through any door or component operation, leave you with warranty documentation, and answer any questions. If anything isn't right, call us — our 1-year installation warranty covers any workmanship issues.
Most orders are scheduled within 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. Spring and summer have higher demand. Contact us for current lead times.
Not required, but recommended. We suggest being available at the start and end of the installation for site review and final walk-through.
