Important Note: Per IBC (International Building Code), Utility Garage sheds are not intended for storing motor vehicles as they do not have a non-combustible floor. Additional flooring thickness upgrades are available if you plan to store heavier equipment such as riding lawnmowers.

The Utility Garage is built for equipment that does not fit through a standard shed door. A roll-up garage door in 8ft or 9ft widths gives you the opening you need to move riding mowers, ATVs, tractors, and large tools in and out without fighting tight clearances.
Every Utility Garage includes a solid walk-in house door for everyday access, a 2ft x 3ft single-pane window for natural light, and a diamond plate threshold at both door openings. The floor is built on 12-inch on-center joists — significantly stronger than standard shed construction — to handle the point load of heavy equipment without flex or failure.
As an authorized Old Hickory Buildings dealer, every structure we deliver is engineer certified and backed by manufacturer and material warranties. You do not need a foundation, a contractor, or a permit in most areas. Just tell us where you want it. If delivery is not an option we can build the shed on your property in most areas.
Package Conditions: Buildings must include a garage door and house-style door (no window on house door) to qualify for package pricing. Some building widths require the purchase of additional skids. Available sizes vary by delivery location.
