A full 12-foot wide by 4-foot deep covered porch sits centered on the face of the building, flanked by two support posts and two sections of railing — giving the structure the kind of balanced, symmetrical look that makes it the focal point of any yard or homestead.

The 9-lite house door and two 2x3 single-pane windows keep the interior bright while giving the front face a polished, residential appearance. Inside, 8-foot walls provide the clearance for full shelving systems, overhead storage, and taller equipment. The minimum building size of 12x24 ensures the center porch proportions look right regardless of configuration.
