Every Old Hickory building is fully customizable. From the floor decking to the roof material, siding style to door configuration — every decision is yours. Below are the structural and appearance options available on every building we sell.
Flooring
Options.
We offer both Engineered Tongue & Groove and Pressure Treated Square Edge, so you can choose the floor decking best suited for how you'll use your building. Standard flooring is rated for 300 lbs. point load spread over a 5"×5" area minimum. Upgrades available.
