The lower level is fully accessible with a standard 6-foot 3-inch interior wall height, giving the average adult comfortable standing room while moving things in and out. The loft above handles seasonal items, bins, boxes, or anything else that gets moved infrequently but still needs a home. With 27 size configurations available from 8x10 to 16x40, there is a Lofted Barn for every property and every storage need. Packages can be added: front porch, side porch, garage door, and more.

As an authorized Old Hickory Buildings dealer, every structure we deliver is engineer certified and backed by manufacturer and material warranties. You do not need a foundation, a contractor, or a permit in most areas. Just tell us where you want it. If delivery is not an option we can build the shed on your property in most areas.
